Julie Chen Moonves hosts the sensational summer reality series Big Brother, which returned to its 22nd season from the 5th of August with CBS.Chen Moonves was among the first hosts on The Daytime Emmy Award-winning Talk show The Talk, serving as moderator and host from the year between 2010 and 2018. In the year she started writing that her true passion began to emerge. She won another Emmy as a host of an outstanding entertainment talk program. The show was hosted by her co-hosts CBS News weekday morning show The Early Show between 2002 between 2002 and 2010. She was the anchor for The Early Show as well as CBS Morning News. The CBS Television Network broadcasted a half-hour morning news program during the early hours of the day. Chen Moonves also covered the war in Iraq, among other major news stories on The Early Show. She was sent to Cairo after 9/11 and conducted an intense and thrilling conversation with the father of 9/11's principal hijacker. Chen Moonves interviewed celebrities such as Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie. Also, she spoke to the former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani as well as Queen Rania. Chen Moonves is also a CBS Sunday Morning reporter, who has profiled stars such as Jamie Lee Curtis. Before The Early Show she was the reporter for WDTN TV Dayton in Dayton, Ohio (1995-1997). Her previous jobs include working as a reporter for ABC NewsOne, the network's associated news service (1992-1995) and a desk-assistant in ABC News' Los Angeles Bureau (1990-1991) as well as completing her final year of university from The University of Southern California. The desk was hers for ABC News' Nightline program with Ted Koppel. Ted Koppel is among her favorite journalists. Chen Moonves collaborated with Koppel to produce the Columbia du-Pont-winning special Anatomy of a Riot which focussed on events surrounding the Los Angeles riots of '92.
